WORKSHOP "CASE METHOD AND TEAM BASED PROJECT LEARNING" FACULTY OF MEDIA RECORDING INSTITUTE OF INDONESIA ART YOGYAKARTA 19 to 21 MAY 2021

The world of higher education is currently facing more complex challenges. Higher Education is required to fulfill 8 IKU criteria and prepare the campus as a place to breed people who are ready to enter the world of work with maximum ability. In line with that, the active learning system (active learning system) is considered more applicable to higher education today so that it goes hand in hand with the business world and the industrial world.

The higher education system no longer relies solely on student inputs and outputs, but students must also master learning outcomeThis is in line with the demands of the implementation of Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM), which provides independence to students to choose to study outside the campus, one of which is in the industrial world. This is in line with the demands of implementing Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM), which gives students the freedom to choose to study off campus, one of which is in the industrial world.

In order to achieve the above goals, the learning system in higher education must be adjusted and harmonized continuously. Lecturers as teaching staff have an important role in realizing student learning outcomes. Lecturers are obliged to always improve competence, one of which is by developing mastery of learning methods in accordance with the applicable curriculum.

In order to increase the competence of these lecturers, the Faculty of Recording Media Arts ISI Yogyakarta will carry out workshop activities case method and team based project learning which is a form of active learning method. This workshop is expected to improve the competence of lecturers who will encourage graduate learning outcomes to produce competitive graduate outcomes. The workshop will be held online on Wednesday to Friday, May 19 to 21, 2021, at 13.00 to 15.00 WIB each day using Zoom Meetings with resource person Isniatun Munawaroh, M.Pd. (Educational Practitioner) and moderated by Agnes Widyasmoro, S.Sn., M.A. (lecturer at the Faculty of Recording Media Arts ISI Yogyakarta).
