The development of the Integrity Zone (ZI) at the Faculty of Recording Media Arts (FSMR), Institut Seni Indonesia (ISI) Yogyakarta is increasingly being promoted. Socialization is increasingly being carried out, one of which is socialization to contract workers. cleaning service who served in the FSMR environment, which was held on Thursday (1/7). The socialization was carried out by complying with the Covid-19 health protocol in the new normalcy of the work order so that it was carried out still with all wearing masks, keeping a distance from each other, and held in an open space, namely in a beautiful garden in front of the FSMR Deanery Building.
It cannot be denied that the work of contract workers cleaning service is certainly an important part of FSMR's self-image. Therefore, the contract workers were reminded that they should always work from the heart and wholeheartedly. The Dean of FSMR, Dr. Irwandi, M.Sn. conveyed that their performance which has been quite good so far can be further improved. Especially during this pandemic, cleanliness is the most important thing, because cleanliness is the base of health.
As a form of appreciation and support from FSMR to the contract workers so that they are more enthusiastic about carrying out their duties, on that occasion a work uniform package was given to them, in the form of vests and shoes. Assistant Dean II, Retno Mustikawati, S.Sn., M.F.A., Ph.D., advised that contract workers always uphold their work ethic because their role is as important as other fields in the FSMR environment in activating ZI development in the FSMR.
On the same occasion, Lilik Kustanto, M.A., who is the Head of the Television Department as well as the Coordinator of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) ZI in the field, who on that occasion was accompanied by Hamidi Al Majid, S.T. as the SOP team, emphasized the need for discipline from within oneself to be able to carry out tasks and work so that everything feels light to do. Starting the next day, the contract workers will always do the morning roll call which will be led by Hamidi Al Majid, S.T. or Lilik Kustanto, M.A. After the morning socialization event, Warsono, as the representative of the contract workers cleaning service, said that he and his colleagues are grateful for FSMR's support in equipping them with work uniforms so that they feel more enthusiastic about working and will certainly be more wholehearted in carrying out their duties and obligations.(Adya Arsita)
