As an effort to mitigate the spread of of the Covid-19 virus, the Indonesian Institute of Arts (ISI) Yogyakarta sprayed using disinfectant liquid in each faculty and other work units in the in the ISI Yogyakarta environment. Especially in environment of the Faculty of Recording Media Arts (FSMR), disinfection activities were carried out on Monday (03/23/2020) and Tuesday (03/24/2020).
Materials and equipment for spraying disinfectants provided by ISI Yogyakarta are a mixture of bayclin liquid with a dose of 1 bottle cap and 1 liter of water. The formula is then sprayed in various corners of the building and room slowly so as not to condense. Every 30 minutes, the sprayed parts will be wiped dry to remove stain marks. The procedure and rules for mixing the ingredients were obtained from the Sewon Health Center.
The disinfection process in the Dean's Building, Photography Building, and Film and Television Building is carried out twice a day, namely at the beginning of working hours and during lunch breaks. Spraying is also more specifically carried out in parts that are often accessed by many people, such as door handles, tables and chairs, and the area around the security post. It is hoped that with this disinfectant spraying activity, cleanliness can be maintained and can help prevent the wider spread of the virus.(aa)
