OPENING REGISTRATION FOR FSMR 36TH ANNIVERSARY WORK EXHIBITION
(OPEN TO ACTIVE STUDENTS AND FSMR LECTURERS)
World Health OrganizationWorld Health Organization (WHO) on March 11, 2020 stipulated Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) as a pandemic. Once a COVID-19 pandemic is declared, countries that have been infected must make various efforts to stop it. The four main things a country must do, according to WHO Director General Tedros Ghebreyesus (Healthline Media Inc.) are Prepare and Be Prepared; Detect, Protect and Treat; Reduce Spread; and Innovate and Learn.
The commemoration of the 36th Anniversary of ISI Yogyakarta will take place in the midst of the National Disaster period established by the Indonesian government. This emergency will be addressed by FSMR by continuing to commemorate the 36th Anniversary of ISI Yogyakarta by referring to the stipulation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) and the COVID-19 Disaster period protocol. The commemoration of the 36th Anniversary will be carried out by holding an online exhibition of works through social media Facebook, Instagram, Twiter, and Youtube. The works that will be displayed are works for the past year by displaying student work, student final project work, collection work, and lecturer work.
The results of lectures during the current disaster are likely to be less than optimal, but some learning achievement targets are emphasized in the learning process. Creative efforts are made by lecturers and students to keep innovating and learning. In situations like this, ready or not ready, we are forced to always build self-awareness as good citizens to comply with the protocol rules set by the state to combat the spread of the Corona Virus.
The creative works of the Faculty of Recording Media Arts will continue to take part in the commemoration of the 36th Anniversary of ISI Yogyakarta with all self-awareness as an Indonesian nation in the process of fighting the COVID-19 pandemic, to stay healthy, and will continue to learn and innovate.
