Yogyakarta, April 06, 2026 – The ISI Yogyakarta Campus Student Art Week is holding a photography competition with journalistic & documentary categories and art photography.Fine Arts. This activity is carried out as part of the selection of prospective delegates from ISI Yogyakarta for the Regional Student Art Week (Peksimida) and the National Student Art Week (Peksiminas) in 2026. Peksimida 2026 will be held at Pasar Ngasem, Yogyakarta, starting at 07:00 AM Western Indonesian Time until finished.
This selection is open to all active students of ISI Yogyakarta. Participants are required to attend a briefing before commencing the photography process, which is limited to a maximum of three hours. Each participant is expected to bring their own photographic equipment, including a DSLR or mirrorless digital camera, as well as other supporting gear. The resulting works will be submitted directly to the committee after the photography session is completed.
The selection process begins with collecting PDF portfolios that include personal data, work experience, and previous photographic works. This is one of the important assessment aspects besides the works produced during the competition. Through this activity, it is hoped that the best students will be selected who can represent ISI Yogyakarta in regional to national art competitions. (Public Relations)
