INTERNATIONAL CREDIT TRANSFER PROGRAM REGISTRATION FORM FOR FSMR STUDENTS

SCHOLARSHIP OPEN CALL

Ministry of Education and Culture offers International Transfer Credit Program in 2020

To interested FSMR students, please note the following requirements to register:

• Students are still in active status at least in the third semester for the Bachelor program (S-1) and have a minimum GPA of 3.00

• Students must have and be able to present a TOEFL 450 or IELTS 5.0 test result and be able to speak active English (test results obtained in 2019 can still be used).
• Students are fully committed to carrying out transfer credit lectures through the online system by filling out a commitment sheet at the time of registration.
• Students must collect the following files (photocopy/scan):

1. CV / Personal data
2. Portfolio
3. TOEFL/IELTS result/certificate
4. Transcript of grades
5. ID CARD
6. Student Card via email:

   Or students can come directly to the FSMR Education Section during working hours.
