On Wednesday, November 2, 2022 the Borobudur Authority organized a film discussion and launching of the tourism short film series "Jogja, Kamu & Rindu" at the CGV Hartono Mall Yogyakarta cinema. "Jogja, Kamu & Rindu" is a film produced in collaboration between FSMR ISI Yogya and the Borobudur Authority (BOB). This movie is a movie that contains information on tourist attractions in Yogya City, Sleman Regency, Bantul Regency, Kulon Progo Regency and Gunung Kidul Regency. Although a tourism film, "Jogja, Kamu & Rindu" is packaged into a story film that tells about the research journey of Noor, a novelist in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and Bobby, a travel vlogger.
After the screening of "Jogja, Kamu & Rindu", the event was followed by a movie discussion with some Yogyakarta High School students, Yogya film community and media. The impression of the discussion participants about this movie was quite positive. Participants said that the film made by the FSMR ISI Yogya production team displays beautiful images, good stories and provides tourist information that makes the audience want to visit it. Some tourist locations in the film are indeed tours that are not yet popular, many places that have not been recognized by the discussion participants. At this event, BOB also launched the "Jogja, Kamu & Rindu" series on the boborobudur YouTube channel. With the uploading of the movie "Jogja, Kamu dan Rindu", it is hoped that the public will find it easier to get information about DIY tourism.
