In May 2014, Eka Arif Setyawan, who was still in the second grade of his vocational school, suddenly (and for some reason) wanted to be in the audience of MetroTV's Kick Andy program. Eka had long been a fan of the program and admired Andy Noya. Kick Andy is not only a television program with quality content, but also provides inspiration and life motivation for him. Eka, who was still living in Surabaya at the time, asked permission to skip school for five days so that she could watch the program live in Jakarta to the school and also to her parents and grandmother with prayers for safety while riding a motorcycle to Jakarta.

May 4, 2014 to be exact, Eka began his desperate journey from Surabaya to Jakarta on a motorcycle. matic A black Honda Beat that his father had only bought for him three months ago. His enthusiasm and desire to get to Jakarta quickly grew when he received an email from Kick Andy before he left. Long story short, he traveled through the North Coast (Pantura) route until he entered Central Java safely without a hitch. Apparently God had other plans. Towards 10 am when Eka entered the Pemalang area, a disaster occurred. Three large potholes on the edge of the Pantura route were not visible to him, so the front tire of the motorcycle that was traveling quite fast immediately entered the hole and made Eka's motorcycle slam and dragged for about five meters.

It turns out that there are still many people who are always destined to do good. Even though the surrounding area is a rice field, there were some local residents who quickly came and took Eka to the nearest health center for first aid. Luckily, she was not seriously injured so she did not have to be referred to the hospital emergency room. However, he suffered leg injuries and wounds here and there. Eka's motorcycle was also damaged in many places. Eka was lucky for the umpteenth time because kindness came from the middle-aged man who drove him to the hospital. He owned a motorcycle repair shop and without being asked, he tried to fix the motorcycle. While resting and recovering shock As a result of the accident at the garage owner's house, the damaged motorcycle was repaired as much as possible just to be able to run normally. Meanwhile, the family in Surabaya who got the news of Eka's accident became uneasy and asked him to return. However, Eka's determination remained firm to continue his journey to Jakarta, which he would reach halfway, by Maghrib that day.

Eka arrived safely in Jakarta in the early hours of the next morning and stayed at his brother's house. It wasn't until the next day that he came to the MetroTV studio as informed by the production staff through an email he had received earlier, hobbling with his leg still wrapped in a bandage. His enthusiasm was rekindled when he witnessed Andy Noya's live performance at MetroTV's Grand Studio, which he had only seen on the television screen. He never thought he could achieve something he had never imagined before. That point made him dream of coming back but as a guest speaker, not an audience member. That point also made an impression and later became a reference for his choice of undergraduate studies, namely studying in the field of television.

Eka's love for Kick Andy never waned after participating in the program. live taping the program. A year later, he accidentally stumbled upon an announcement for a book cover design competition for Andy Noya's biography. Having a hobby of drawing and design, he immediately decided to take part in the competition even though he was haunted by a sense of pessimism that he could win it. He visited bookstores to do research and look for references to biography book cover designs. She decided to make a very simple cover design with photo elements chosen from the photo sources attached by the committee. He was even more skeptical when he found out that some of his friends had entered the competition with designs that he thought had more potential to win. Three months later, he suddenly received news that his design had been chosen to be the cover of Andy Noya's biography. Between happiness and disbelief when he received the prize merchandise 2.5 million rupiah because when he was in Jakarta the previous year, he didn't buy any souvenirs of the Kick Andy program because the money he had prepared was used to repair his motorcycle. His joy was even more complete when at the same time, he was also accepted to study at the S1 Film and Television Study Program, Faculty of Recording Media Arts, ISI Yogyakarta.

On September 9, 2016, a year later, Eka, who was already a Film and Television student at the time, joined the event again. off-air MetroTV's "Kick Andy Roadshow" at the UPN Yogyakarta Campus. His memory drifted back two years to when he had to struggle to get to the event. live taping Kick Andy show. But that day he didn't have to struggle because the event was in the city he was living in at the time. His luck seemed to never run out, in the middle of the draw door-prize He was surprised when the MC suddenly mentioned his name. He was called up to the stage to receive the prize action-camera which was handed over directly by Andy Noya. The moment he had been waiting for finally came unexpectedly. At that time Andy Noya did not know that Eka was the cover designer of his biography book. Eka, who intended to say it on stage, felt choked up for some reason, until she came down only two words came out, namely what her name was and the origin of her campus. She was so sorry but she was determined to tell Andy Noya someday.

In June 2020, God listened to his wishes through the kindness of the Kick Andy production team who finally learned about his stories. Precisely on June 21, 2020, he finally actually became one of the speakers on the Kick Andy episode "Andy Noya Bicara" even though he had to go through video-conference from home. Eka's dream came true. She had a 'stage' to tell Andy Noya about her love for Kick Andy, about the accident when she wanted to watch live in Jakarta, about her victory as the cover designer of Andy Noya's biography book, about door-prize action-camabout the group photo at UPN Yogyakarta and about how it was when seeing the process of live-taping Kick Andy at MetroTV's Grand Studio which then led her to study at the Film and Television Study Program, FSMR ISI Yogyakarta. At the end of the event, Eka received a surprise gift Notebook given by Kick Andy's production staff who were already waiting in front of the house.
