CIRCULAR LETTER OF THE DEAN OF FSMR ISI YOGYAKARTA REGARDING EMPLOYEE WORK SYSTEMS IN THE NEW NORMAL WORK ORDER

The following is the Circular Letter of the Dean of the Faculty of Recording Media Arts, Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta Regarding the Employee Work System in the New Normal Work Order

EMPLOYEE WORK SYSTEM IN THE NEW NORMAL WORK ORDER
IN THE ENVIRONMENT OF FSMR INSTITUT SENI INDONESIA YOGYAKARTA

in FSMR environment ISI Yogyakarta

Based on the Circular Letter of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Number 58 of 2020 dated May 29, 2020 and the Circular Letter of the Rector of Institut Seni Indonesia Number 1961/IT4/HK/2020 dated June 2, 2020 concerning the Work System of State Civil Apparatus Employees in the New Normal Order, the Dean of the Faculty of Recording Media Arts ISI Yogyakarta for the work system of Lecturers, Education Personnel, Administrative Contract Workers, and Cleaning Service Contract Workers in the new normal order within the FSMR ISI Yogyakarta is regulated as follows:

  1. Fulfill Covid-19 Protocol with REQUIRED all lecturers, education personnel, administrative contract workers, and cleaning service contract workers, students, guests and the entire academic community for:
    a. In and out of the FSMR environment area, 1 (one) door access is applied;
    b. MANDATORY wear MASKER in the FSMR environment;
    c. Guests who do not wear a mask will be given a loan mask and must return it;
    d. All those entering the FSMR area MANDATORY body temperature is measured, with a maximum temperature of 37.5'C. and not allowed to enter the FSMR area if the condition is fever / cough / flu / shortness of breath or body temperature more than 37.5'C.
    e. MANDATORY wash your hands using soap or hand sanitizer first before entering the building in the FSMR environment;
    f. Maintain a minimum distance of 1 (one) meter;
    g. Apply Phisical Distancing;
    h. Study Programs/Work Units make Covid-19 SOPs based on environmental situations/conditions, SOP documents please submit to the Faculty Covid-19 Task Force;
    i. Student consultations are conducted in accordance with Covid-19 protocol standards;
    j. The use of laboratories or studios is carried out in accordance with the Covid-19 protocol standards and with the approval of the Head of Study Program;
    k. As a preventive measure, it is recommended to bring personal equipment, namely: masks, hand sanitizers, eating utensils, and prayer equipment.
  2. Starting from June 15, 2020 Lecturers, Education Personnel, Administrative Contract Personnel, and Cleaning Service Contract Personnel REQUIRED attend every day as required.

If there are things that need to be further evaluated in accordance with developments, changes will be made.
