The Faculty of Recording Media Arts (FSMR) of Institut Seni Indonesia (ISI) Yogyakarta has made another achievement with the qualification of two FSMR student teams at the 2020 Student Creativity Program (PKM) event to the prestigious 33rd National Student Scientific Week (Pimnas) held by the National Achievement Center of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia at Gadjah Mada University Yogyakarta, November 25-28, 2020. The two FSMR representatives at the Pimnas event are Ittaqi Fawzia (FTV2016) with team members Eka Prasasti Aprilianti, Imam Nur Khasan, Ahmad Ibnu Amar, and Wafiq Marzuqi Mubarok who will present their scientific work entitled "Pop-Up Book Iqro' and Busy Book Prayer Guidance as a Means of Improving the Quality of Islamic Education at Mustika Tama Orphanage, Yogyakarta". Meanwhile, Anggita Sandra Lutfimia (FTV2016) with team members Ruth Sabatini, Ryank Dhea Sasmita, and Putri Sima Prajahita will present their scientific work entitled "Utilization of Social Media as a Promotional Media and Changes in the Quality of Islamic Education at Mustika Mustikaama Orphanage, Yogyakarta". The Dean of FSMR, ISI Yogyakarta, Dr. Irwandi, M.Sn stated that this achievement is a positive thing to develop the atmosphere of writing and research on campus, especially for students. Student participation in various scientific competitions including Pimnas is an effort to improve the scientific tradition on campus. In addition to being a pride for the campus, the qualification of two student teams to the Pimnas event is also a pride for the students themselves. In line with Ittaqi, Anggita Sandra Lutfimia revealed that Pimnas is a proud achievement as well as proving the competitiveness of FSMR students because they set aside thousands of proposals from all over Indonesia. This year ISI Yogyakarta passed six proposals to Pimnas and two of them were from FSMR. The incoming research proposals reached 120 and this is the most proposals in the history of ISI. It is hoped that next year and the following years more and more people will send proposals and more proposals will qualify for Pimnas.
