Yogyakarta, October 17, 2025 \u2013 The Student Association of Photography Department (HMJ Fotografi) of the Indonesian Institute of the Arts (ISI) Yogyakarta officially held a national-level photography competition titled \u201cLenschool.\u201d This competition is organized online through the Instagram platform and is open to high school\/vocational high school students and their equivalents throughout Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lenschool 2025 will take place from October 17 to November 2, 2025, with a total prize pool of Rp2,000,000 and e-certificates for the competition winners. This event is fully supported by the Photography Study Program of ISI Yogyakarta and the Faculty of Recording Arts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through this event, the Photography Student Association of ISI Yogyakarta aims to provide a space for students throughout Indonesia to create, while also encouraging the younger generation to be more sensitive to culture, environment, and regional identity through the medium of photography.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe hope this activity can be a platform for students to channel their creativity and explore their potential in viewing socio-cultural realities through a visual perspective,\u201d said the Head of the Lenschool Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The registration and submission process is done online. Participants simply need to upload their photo entries to their personal Instagram accounts and submit their work via the link (barcode) provided on the official contest poster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With an inclusive and accessible concept, Lenschool is expected to reach students from various regions in Indonesia, while strengthening the role of photography as a medium for cultural expression and documentation among the younger generation. (Public Relations)<\/p>\n\n\n
