Yogyakarta, May 27, 2025 - The Faculty of Recording Media Arts (FSMR) of Institut Seni Indonesia (ISI) Yogyakarta received a visit from students and teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Gading Rejo, Lampung. This activity aims to provide in-depth insight into the world of animation and introduce career opportunities in the creative industry to the participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The visit began with a warm welcome from the Vice Dean 1 of FSMR, who was also a resource person in the material session. He gave a presentation on the development of the animation industry, the skills needed, and the opportunities available for prospective animators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the material session, participants had the opportunity to watch a screening of animation films by FSMR ISI Yogyakarta students. The two films shown were Liyangan Seri 2 and Volcanid: The Rise of Garuda, which shows the creativity and quality of production produced by students in the animation study program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The enthusiasm of students and teachers was evident during the Q&A session. They actively asked questions to the speakers, digging deeper into the process of making animation, the software used, as well as tips and tricks in this industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To conclude, participants toured the FSMR building, focusing on the animation study program. They were introduced to various facilities, ranging from production rooms to animation labs, which are used by students to develop their work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This visit is expected to be a valuable experience for students and teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Gading Rejo, open new insights, and inspire them to more seriously pursue the field of animation in the future. (Public Relations)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
