On February 19, 2025, students and teachers from SMK Negeri 4 Madiun visited the Faculty of Recording Media Arts (FSMR) ISI Yogyakarta, precisely to the Animation Study Program. This visit was organized with the aim of providing students and teachers with in-depth insight into the world of animation, as well as introducing them to career opportunities in the creative industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The activity began with a very interesting presentation of material about the Animation study program, which was delivered by special speakers, namely Alfi Zachkyelle<\/strong>, an entrepreneur and founder of Kampoong Monster<\/strong>. Alfi shared his experience in building Kampoong Monster, as well as how he developed a successful animation business in Indonesia. He also provided insights into the creative process, challenges faced in the animation industry, and the importance of technical and soft skills to succeed in the animation world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the presentation session, the activity continued with a discussion and question and answer session involving teachers and students. In this session, participants were able to dig deeper into the Animation program, as well as ask Alfi Zachkyelle and the lecturers directly about various technical and practical aspects in the world of animation, both from an educational and industrial perspective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event ended with a tour of the Animation study program building, where participants could see first-hand the facilities available, such as animation studios, production rooms, as well as various hardware and software used in animation creation. Participants were also given the opportunity to see the works of animation students on display, which gave a clearer picture of the learning process and the work produced in the Animation study program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through this visit, it is hoped that the students of SMK Negeri 4 Madiun will gain inspiration and motivation to pursue a career in animation, as well as understand how to develop their creative ideas into a work that can be enjoyed by many people. This visit also opens up opportunities for them to get to know the world of animation more deeply and prepare themselves to enter the creative industry. (PR)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
