LECTURE PREPARATION MEETING FOR THE 2020/2021 ODD SEMESTER IN THE FILM AND TELEVISION STUDY PROGRAM

In anticipation of the odd semester of the 2020/2021 academic year, the Film & Television (FTV) Study Program held a coordination meeting for lecturers to prepare for the lectures which will still be conducted online and are planned to start at the end of August. The meeting was held on Friday, August 7, 2020, starting at 09:00 AM WIB at Room Studio 2 of the FTV Study Program, FSMR, Indonesian Art Institute (ISI) Yogyakarta. In carrying out this meeting, several lecturers also participated from their respective homes, considering that the meeting was conducted online and offline while still adhering to the prevailing Covid-19 protocols at ISI Yogyakarta.

The agenda for the odd semester preparation meeting for 2021/2020 is, first, to discuss the distribution of schedules and lecturers for the courses. After that, it will continue with an evaluation of the online lectures conducted in the previous semester. This meeting's agenda also includes some preparations for the FTV Study Program's accreditation, which is scheduled to take place this year. In the last session of the meeting, preparations for lectures that still need to be conducted online were discussed. This is also in accordance with the direction from the Leadership of ISI Yogyakarta to maximize the use of platform E-learning ISI Yogyakarta while carrying out online lectures in the odd semester of 2020/2021.

The meeting was directly led by Agnes Widyasmoro, S.Sn., M.A., as the Head of the Film & Television Study Program (Kaprodi). In this meeting, the Kaprodi provided direction to the lecturers to start using E-learning platform ISI Yogyakarta for the odd semester of 2020/2021. The Head of the FTV Study Program also hopes that in each lecture, learning materials can be provided that can be accessed through E-Learning ISI Yogyakarta. To support the implementation, technical guidance for lecturers will be carried out soon to maximize the use of the application. E-learning ISI Yogyakarta.
