**Yogyakarta, July 15, 2024** - Photography Study Program, Faculty of Recording Media Arts, Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta held a Workshop on Encouraging Student Creativity and Participation Through Case Method Learning with Entrepreneurship Cases at Gallery Prawirotaman Hotel Jl. Prawirotaman 2 No.839 B, Brontokusuman, Kec. Mergangsan, Yogyakarta City, Yogyakarta Special Region 55153. This event is part of the Merdeka Campus Competition Program (PKKM) and was attended by Photography Study Program lecturers. On this occasion, the Photography Study Program presented the main speaker, Widya Paramita SE M.Sc Ph.D from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Gajah Mada University. Mita in her presentation discussed the importance of entrepreneurial cases as an effective and efficient learning method.
In this workshop, Mita emphasized that Case Method In this case, entrepreneurship cases allow students to face real situations and experience being a business person. The cases presented should be realistic, decision-oriented, and encourage active student participation. Through case discussions, students are expected to develop analytical and decision-making skills. The output in this activity will be implemented in 4 courses in the Photography Study Program namely: Entrepreneurship, Art Management, Digital Marketing and Digital Photography.
With this activity, students are expected to be better prepared to face challenges in the world of business and entrepreneurship. ISI Yogyakarta continues to be committed to providing relevant and applicable education for its students. (PKKM FT Team)
