The idea offered by Riri is about better employment opportunities for people with disabilities through the medium of film, in order to support Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) point 11, which is about sustainable community. The creative idea offered is about disability issues, with the topic "Better Jobs for Friends with Disabilities". This topic was raised from the experience of producing and distributing films that raised disability issues, when Riri was involved in an organization called Forum Film Dokumenter.
Previously, Riri had conducted research on this matter which eventually formed a new framework of ideas, namely that friends with disabilities could participate as filmmaker. The big goal is to form a new film ecosystem for these disabled friends. The idea presented by Riri was responded very well by the examiners, because they saw that there was no widespread film production by people with disabilities. Riri, in her interview, admitted that she is still at the learning stage to increase her knowledge related to this issue. Through the medium of film, she believes that it will be an effective way to tell stories and can be developed seriously and professionally, even by friends with disabilities.
In this second stage, the selection took place more fluid than before, because the discussion took place very conducive through active interaction from the candidates and judges to express critical and educational arguments.
