Enrollment Requirements:
- Undergraduate / Fourth semester students
- Minimum GPA of 3.20 until third semester
- Active in organizations
- Not currently receiving scholarships from other parties
- Study at partner universities of Djarum Scholarship Plus Program

- 4×6 color photograph wearing almameter jacket
- Photocopy of Student Identity Card (KTM)
- Transcript of grades up to the third semester
- Certificate of active organization
- Statement of Not Receiving Scholarships from Other Parties
- Copy of committee/achievement certificate
Scholarship Recipient Selection Timeline:
- Online Registration: March 23 to May 23, 2021 through https://djarumbeasiswaplus.org
- Administrative Selection: May 24 to June 20, 2021
- Written Test & Interview: June 21 to September 10, 2021
- Announcement: September 20, 2021
