FSMR ISI YOGYAKARTA held a recording media art exhibition entitled "Art, Culture, and Nature" at EMB level 3, at Victoria College of the Arts - MCM, Melbourne, Australia on October 17 - 21, 2017.
The opening of the Photography exhibition was held on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 and was opened by artist and VCA lecturer, Prof. Sally Smart. The exhibition was attended by VCA-MCM academic staff and students as well as several important colleagues, including staff from the Indonesian Consul General in Melbourne and lecturers from the Canberra Institute of Technology and art collectors in Melbourne.
The film and animation screening was held on Friday, October 21, 2017 at Cinema 2, VCA Film & Television building. The head of VCA Film & Television department, Prof. Nicolette, gave her speech shortly before the screening started. Students, staff, and lecturers attended the screening with enthusiasm and showed their appreciation through compliments and questions after the screening. The event continued with a social gathering, lunch and a short speech to say goodbye and remind each other to continue to establish a more solid and intense cooperation.
In addition to the exhibition, the FSMR student delegation visited the Television and Film Department, Photography Department, and also visited the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University.
