DPAD DIY AND FACULTY OF RECORDING MEDIA ARTS COLLABORATE, FOCUS ON IMPACTFUL CAMPUS PROGRAMS

Yogyakarta, September 2, 2025 - The Faculty of Recording Media Arts (FSMR), in this case the Animation study program, paid a working visit to the Regional Library and Archives Service (DPAD) of the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) as an effort to improve the quality of the Tridharma of Higher Education and run the Campus Impact program on Tuesday morning, September 2, 2025. The meeting, which took place from 09.00 to 10.30 WIB, aimed to explore opportunities for strategic cooperation between the two parties.
DPAD DIY was represented by Muhammad Rosyid Budiman, S.Si. and Yurika, S.S.T.Ars. While FSMR was represented by Kathryn Widhiyanti, S.Kom., M.Cs., Mohammad Arifian Rohman, S.Sn., M.Sn. and Rita Kemalasari, S.Pd., M.Sn. This visit is a positive first step in building synergy between educational institutions and government agencies.

The meeting resulted in several important points, namely:
Cooperation Agreement: Both parties agreed to establish cooperation related to the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and the Campus Impact program. This cooperation is expected to provide tangible benefits for students and the community.
Activity Implementation: To ensure that each activity is structured, it was agreed that all planned activities will be outlined in an Implementation Agreement (IA). This is so that each program has a clear and measurable legal basis.
With this collaboration, it is expected to increase the number of visits and optimize the utilization of facilities available at DPAD DIY. The synergy between the academic world and government agencies is expected to be able to create innovative programs that have a positive impact on the progress of literacy and archives in DIY.
