INTERNALIZING FSMR Yes! THROUGH NEATNESS OF WORK UNIFORM

Efforts to build an Integrity Zone within the Faculty of Recording Media Arts ISI Yogyakarta continue. One of them is through socialization and building an energetic, youthful, and intelligent work spirit. On Tuesday, June 29, 2021, the Faculty of Recording Media Arts ISI Yogyakarta carried out the socialization of the results of the development of the Integrity Zone towards a Region Free from Corruption (WBK) to all cleaning staff at the Faculty. Dean of the Faculty of Recording Media Arts Dr. Irwandi, M.Sn. in his speech emphasized that cleaning personnel are one of the frontlines of the Faculty's image. Therefore, they need to look their best to build a positive image in their work environment. The socialization which was also attended by the head of the Integrity Zone development team of FSMR ISI Yogyakarta, Retno Mustikawati, S.Sn., Ph.D. and the coordinator of Human Resources, Lilik Kustanto, S.Sn., MA. is a momentum for FSMR to improve its image as a young faculty full of energy and intelligence. The 3 values are outlined in the FSMR edict Yes! Youthful, Energizing and Smart. This moment of socialization was also accompanied by the distribution of vests for cleaning personnel in the Faculty of Recording Media Arts ISI Yogyakarta. Through his remarks, the head of the FSMR ISI Yogyakarta Integrity zone team said that the distribution of work uniforms was an effort of FSMR ISI Yogyakarta and a strong commitment to achieve the Integrity Zone and the title of Corruption Free Zone. It is hoped that the cleaning staff will be more enthusiastic in working and can improve their performance. The event was closed with a symbolic handover of vests and shoes for cleaning staff at FSMR ISI Yogyakarta which was then continued with an explanation of the work SOP for cleaning staff.
