Yogyakarta, September 2, 2025 – SMA BOPKRI 1 is one of the venues for the Silaturahmi Cinema program of the Jogja Student Film Festival (FFPJ) XVI 2025. The event, held in the school's Auditorium, featured Pius Rino Pungkiawan, a lecturer in the Bachelor of Film and Television Program at ISI Yogyakarta, as a resource person.
The discussion focused on the theme of the creative process in filmmaking, a topic that immediately captured the students' attention. The participants' enthusiasm was evident from the numerous questions about how ideas can be developed into film works.
This activity feels special because SMA BOPKRI 1 was also nominated for the 14th Yogyakarta Student Film Festival. This led the discussion to focus on critique and suggestions for the works produced by the students, while also creating a space for shared learning to improve the quality of their productions.
Besides at SMA BOPKRI 1, the FFPJ XVI 2025 Cinema Silaturahmi program will take place from September 1-9 at several other schools, namely SMKN 1 Pleret Bantul, SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Sleman, SMAN 2 Wates Kulon Progo, and SMKN 1 Purwosari Gunungkidul. (Public Relations)
