BOOK AND PHOTOGRAPHY DISCUSSION "SEPOER OEAP DI DJAWA TEMPOE DOELOE"

The Photography Study Program of the Faculty of Recording Media Arts, ISI Yogyakarta will hold a Book and Photography Discussion event "Sepoer Oeap di Djawa Tempoe Doeloe" with the author himself, Olivier Johannes Raap.
In addition to discussing the collection of old and rare postcards in the book, it will also discuss the works of 2 old-time photographers and some analysis of the technical and aesthetic aspects of old-time photography.
We are transported to a romantic past that captures documentation of the 'Sepoer Oeap', the scenery along its rail lines, as well as the early forms of legendary stations in cities across Java.
Sepoer Oeap books and other collections will also be available at special prices. You can ask for autographs directly from the authors at the end of the event.
