Faculty Information Objection Procedure
- The applicant comes to the information desk at the faculty dean's building.
- The applicant fills out the public information objection application form by attaching their ID card or other identification according to the requirements provided by the information service officer.
- The officer submits the request to the Implementing Assistant PPID. If approved, they will provide information to the applicant; if not approved, they will provide the reason and information on filing an objection.
- If the applicant is satisfied with the response from the Assistant PIH, the process is complete. If the applicant is not satisfied with the response, they may file an objection with the superior of the Assistant PIH.
- If you are satisfied with the response of the PPID Assistant Executor's superior, the process is complete. However, if you are not satisfied with the response of the PPID Assistant Executor's superior, the process continues at the Information Commission.
Grounds for Objection:
- Information Request Denied
- Periodic information is not provided
- Information request not responded to
- The request for information was not responded to as requested.
- Information request not fulfilled
- The charges are unreasonable.
- The information conveyed exceeds the stipulated timeframe.
