On Monday (06/15/2020) the COVID-19 Task Force of the Faculty of Recording Media Arts (FSMR), ISI Yogyakarta held a coordination meeting to evaluate its work while welcoming the new normal work order in the FSMR environment. The morning meeting was held in the front garden of the FSMR Dean's Building as one of the implementations of the COVID-19 protocol, namely avoiding meetings in air-conditioned rooms with many people. The coordination meeting was chaired by the Head of the FSMR COVID-19 Task Force, M. Fajar Apriyanto, M.Sn, who is also the Assistant Dean III of FSMR and was attended by the Dean of FSMR, Dr. Irwandi, M.Sn., Assistant Dean I, Assistant Dean II, and all members of the COVID-19 task force and several staff and employees.
Some important points from the coordination meeting include the importance of maintaining personal hygiene and health. All FSMR residents are expected to be able to take care of each other and implement clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS), maintain a safe distance, and always wear a mask. In addition, every FSMR resident and guest who visits FSMR is required to go through screening early on each arrival by checking body temperature at the Covid-19 Task Force post and washing hands thoroughly with soap or using a hand sanitizer. hand sanitizer in the place that has been provided. In the coordination meeting, the Dean of FSMR said that Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for each Study Program (Prodi) must be socialized to really maintain a conducive work atmosphere, which is safe, healthy, and safe in the new normal work order. SOP later will regulate in more detail what must be applied in each study program in order to maintain mutual health and safety during activities in the FSMR environment. The COVID-19 Task Force with its jargon 'Saling Jaga' as the front guard in handling the prevention and spread of COVID-19 in the FSMR environment with its authority is expected to be able to increase vigilance and coordination in minimizing the spread of COVID-19. Thus, the atmosphere of work and activities in the FSMR environment will always be maintained conducively with the effective implementation of the COVID-19 protocol.
