IMPLEMENTATION OF PPAK ISI YOGYAKARTA ACTIVITIES
The Academic and Student Introduction Program (PPAK) takes place at the institute, faculty and department levels. Especially for PPAK activities at the FSMR ISI Yogyakarya level, it takes place in an integrated manner with Academic System Introduction (KPSA) activities which are part of academic activities.

- These activities are oriented towards the noble values of the nation in diversity, uphold human values, and strengthen our identity as arts and academics, prioritize intellectual attitudes, rely on thinking intelligence, always develop creativity, and mature in action, and are anti-violence both physical, verbal, and mental.

- Students get character education starting from Ethics, Morals, Honesty, Care, Responsibility, and Discipline.

Academic and Student Introduction Program as an Effort to Build Brotherhood to Create a Dynamic Academic Atmosphere and Healthy Student Life for New Students of the Faculty of Recording Media Arts ISI Yogyakarta in 2015 - SUB THEME PPAK FSMR ISI YOGYAKARTA 2015
The theme of Sports "Healthy Together FSMR" was chosen because it understands the importance of sports in everyday life. The new students or called PPAK participants will be divided into 18 groups with the names of sports branches consisting of 11-12 participants each. In certain sessions, the groups will perform an event by wearing the attributes of the sport. The creativity of the appearance in the sport will be used as a means of strengthening the sub theme raised. This event session is expected to be a motivation for participants to train team cohesiveness and instill a spirit of sportsmanship. - Logo of PPAK FSMR 2015

- GROUP TASKS ACCORDING TO THE THEME
- Group leaders wear additional costumes / attributes / group mascots of their own creation in the form of their respective sports only at the specified time.
- Each group explores the material about each sport and prepares a performance of the material that has been made using performance props that are as interesting as possible.
- The group makes 1 stick (scout) with a flag (30cm x 40 cm) as a symbol of each group, makes a banner (group) as high as a human being free material. the color is adjusted to the color of the group's clothes. The size and shape of the flag is free. With logo according to each sport.
- Make a yell for each group with a minimum duration of 1 minute.
- Each group brings 1 trash (clear trash).
- Each group brings 1 pocket camera

Wearing plain black trening pants with a waistband. The length of the pants is up to the ankles.- Wear long plain collared shirts. Each group is colored according to the sport.

- Vegetables (long beans / mustard greens) avoid kale and spinach vegetables
- Fried chicken
- Fried tofu
- Fruits that contain nutrients 1 group 1 type of fruit. avoid apples
- Bottled milk (to taste)
- Isotonic (sweat drink)
- Mineral club 600ml
(well-packed, shockproof, non-perishable, non-spillable and non-perishable).
- Hunger-busting snacks (no msg)
- Make name tags (fabric like running athletes, permanent writing) worn on the front and must be visible.

- This module is made freely, the shape and design of the module is uniformed based on each group. But still adjust the writing format that has been provided by the committee. In the form of a booklet / A5. The cover color is uniform with the color of the sports team shirt.

- Female students are not veiled, hair is clean, combed, and tied neatly
- Students who wear the hijab wear white, plain, non-transparent, and non-patterned headscarves.

- Wear a T-shirt (color adjusted to the group) with a collar, long or short sleeves, not tight, and not transparent.
- Wear long pants made of fabric (not jeans) with dark colors

- Required Equipment that Participants Should Bring Every Day:
- Backpack style bag/backpack (which can be used for further lecture needs).

- PPAK Module. This module is freely made with A5 size. The covers are neat and clean. The shape and design of the module is uniformed based on each group. Identified: Name, NIM, study program, group, in the upper right corner.
- Disposable medical mask with spare.
- Drink enough water (bottled water is recommended).
- Plastic bag / crackle bag /trash bag (in preparation for the trash can, not to be thrown away).
- RULES AND GUIDELINES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PPAK
- The PPAK committee consists of teaching staff/lecturers, employees, and students (the student committee comes from the class of 2011, 2012, and 2013).
- PPAK participants are new students in 2015 and old students who have never participated in PPAK activities.
- The implementation of PPAK is mandatory for new ISI Yogakarta students and previous batch students who have not passed or have not participated in PPAK.
- PPAK participants who pass will get a certificate of completion both at the institute level and at the faculty level.
- To obtain a certificate of completion, each student participant must attend all PPAK activities. Permission or tolerance given is a maximum of 25% with justifiable reasons.
- The PPAK completion certificate is a requirement for participating in student activities, extra/cocurricular activities, becoming a student organization board member, and applying for scholarships.
- PPAK activities for New Students of ISI Yogyakarta in 2015 were held in the ISI Yogyakarta environment between 07.00 WIB and 17.00 WIB.
- To ensure that the implementation of PPAK for New Students is educational and does not violate applicable regulations, the institution invites a monitoring team from various elements.
- Orderliness, completeness of assignments, courtesy, and manners are part of the graduation assessment for PPAK FSMR 2015.

- The assignments in this list are officially issued by the FSMR 2015 PPAK committee. Attributes and assignments outside this list are ignored.
- Every student is obliged to record, prepare evidence, and provide reports related to all forms of violations committed by any party that are indicated to be not in accordance with the spirit of the FSMR PPAK.
- For those who have health problems either accompanied by a doctor's letter or not based on the level suffered) MUST REPORT the Health Post, a special sign in the form of a BLACK PITA on the right arm must be used during the event (starting from the beginning of the activity until the closing ceremony).
- Those on special diets or special therapies are welcome to report and prepare their needs independently.
- Each participant must maintain the honor of themselves, their parents, and the institution.
- Suggestions and complaints can be made directly to the Secretariat of PPAK FSMR 2015.
- RULES FOR PARTICIPANTS
- Must arrive on time at PPAK activities (both faculty and Institute level).
- You must come after having breakfast at your home or boarding house.
- Must follow the series of PPAK events from beginning to end.
- Carrying/wearing jewelry and excessive cosmetics are prohibited.
- All communication and electronic devices are entrusted to the group facilitator and stored at the Faculty Secretariat.
- Must bring equipment and dress in accordance with the provisions.
- Must wear identification during the PPAK activity.
- Carrying alcohol, firearms, sharp weapons, drugs, and explosives or anything that is detrimental to yourself and others is prohibited.
- Do not leave the activity without the permission or knowledge of the group leader.
- Must follow the rules that have been made by the PPAK Committee
- Must respect the PPAK Committee during the implementation of PPAK.
- Entitled to protection and guidance from the PPAK Committee and the institution.
- RULES FOR THE PPAK COMMITTEE
- Must wear a committee t-shirt from the faculty (overall dressed appropriately, shod, clean, and neat)
- Headscarves, jackets, or outerwear may be worn as long as they do not cover committee attributes.
- Wearing PPAK committee identity.
- Carrying alcohol, firearms, sharp weapons, drugs, explosives or anything that is profocative and intimidating, dangerous, and detrimental to other parties is prohibited.
- Physical contact, harassment, and racial discrimination to participants and fellow organizers are prohibited.
- It is forbidden to cut/give/do anything to the participant's body for any reason.
- Must be present and fulfill their duties during the activity.
- Arrive at least 20 minutes before the event starts.
- It is prohibited to give orders that cause negative impacts and orders that are contrary to Religion and Beliefs both to Participants and fellow Committees.
- It is prohibited to use profanity and inappropriate actions while performing duties as a Committee.
- No smoking while on duty or in the duty area.
- Hair cutting is prohibited for Participants.
- It is prohibited to give or feed food and drinks to Participants except for medical reasons (if action must be taken, it should be done by medical staff).
- Must obey the rules and regulations that apply during PPAK activities.
- SANCTIONS FOR VIOLATION OF THE REGULATIONS AND IMPLEMENTATION OF TAXES
- Participants or organizers are not allowed to enter the PPAK area.
- Minor offenses will be given a direct warning.
- Moderate to severe violations will be stopped immediately and will be given strict sanctions in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Violations committed by participants, committee members, or other students outside the committee, can be in the form of direct reprimands or up to the stage of written warnings, with consequences for academic and non-academic sanctions, to special sanctions in the form of complaints / reports to the authorities.
