FSMR ISI YOGYAKARTA ACHIEVES “VERY GOOD” RATING IN THE 2025 PUBLIC SATISFACTION INDEX SURVEY

The Faculty of Recorded Media Art (FSMR) of the Indonesian Institute of the Arts Yogyakarta (ISI Yogyakarta) has once again achieved positive results in providing public services. Based on the results of the 2025 Public Satisfaction Index (IKM) Survey, FSMR ISI Yogyakarta successfully achieved a score of 88.35 with an “Excellent” predicate.”
This predicate was obtained from 4 surveys conducted in 2025. Here are the complete results of the surveys that were conducted.

  1. January–March period with an IKM of 88.44 (Very Good)
  2. April - June period with an IKM value of 88.34 (Very Good)
  3. July - September period with an IKM of 88.31 (Very Good)"
  4. October – December period with an IKM value of 88.33 (Excellent)

This achievement reflects the high level of public satisfaction with the various services provided by FSMR ISI Yogyakarta, both in the academic, administrative, and other supporting services. The IKM results are an important indicator of the faculty's success in realizing professional, transparent services oriented towards user satisfaction.
The leadership of FSMR ISI Yogyakarta stated that this achievement is the result of the collaborative efforts of the entire academic community who are consistently committed to improving service quality, in line with the FSMR Yes! (Youthful, Energizing, Smart) spirit. Furthermore, the survey results also serve as strategic evaluation material for continuous improvement and innovation of services in the future.
