BIG MEETING (RAPBES) COORDINATION OF BEM FACULTY OF RECORDING MEDIA ARTS CONTENTS YOGYAKARTA

Yogyakarta, July 29, 2025 - The Faculty of Recording Media Arts (FSMR), Institut Seni Indonesia (ISI) Yogyakarta has held a "Big Meeting (RABES) Coordination of the FSMR Student Executive Board (BEM)". This activity aims to strengthen coordination between management elements and discuss the Articles of Association and Bylaws (AD / ART), as well as the work program of BEM FSMR for the 2025 period. The event began with remarks from Muhamad Ainur Ridho as the Chief Executive, who expressed his gratitude for the presence of all participants and emphasized that RABES is an important moment to unite vision, build synergy, and strengthen the organizational foundation so that the management of BEM FSMR 2025 can run more directed and sustainable.

The next speech was delivered by Bening Setara Embun, Chairman of BEM FSMR, who expressed his appreciation for the presence of the participants and invited guests. He also thanked the Deputy Dean III of FSMR who was pleased to attend, as well as all his fellow administrators who had taken the time to attend this Big Meeting (RABES). In his remarks, he expressed his hope that the discussion of the AD / ART can take place effectively and on time, so that this RABES can produce useful decisions and have a positive impact on the sustainability of the organization.

Furthermore, the last speech was delivered by A. Janu Haryono, S.Sn., M.Sn. Vice Dean III FSMR ISI Yogyakarta, opened his remarks by congratulating the SANTARA cabinet and thanking the committee and participants who attended in the middle of the holiday period. He said that this activity was important to formulate the vision and mission, bylaws, and work programs of BEM in an efficient and directed manner. He also emphasized the importance of collaboration, active involvement of all administrators, and adjusting the name of the activity for smooth reporting and funding. In closing, he invited participants to remain enthusiastic, open to discussion, and wise in managing time between academics and organizations.

The event continued to the core session, namely the discussion of the Articles of Association and Bylaws (AD / ART) and the 2025 BEM FSMR work program led by Presidium I, II, and III. In this session, all participants were given the opportunity to express their opinions, input, and proposals related to improving the organizational structure and work program plans for one management period. The discussion proceeded in an orderly and constructive manner. Each section was discussed systematically, starting from the review of the bylaws to the presentation and evaluation of work programs from each field. Several points were updated based on the results of the deliberations that had been mutually agreed upon in the forum.

After a series of discussions were completed, the presidium emphasized the important points that became the meeting agreement. In addition, hopes were also expressed that all administrators would be able to carry out their duties and responsibilities optimally and maintain coordination between fields on an ongoing basis. The series of RABES activities ended after the entire discussion agenda was finalized and ratified by the forum, and was officially closed by the presidium in an orderly and smooth atmosphere.
